Making a Home Improvement?
Here's what you need to know...
Most exterior home improvements require approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) PRIOR to installation. Why? The house values of neighbors are more likely to stay high and increase over time if all of the homes in the neighborhood have a common quality, look and feel that is maintained. If you aren't sure whether you need approval, email the Board of Directors to find out.
If you submit a request for approval, the ACC will reply to your request within 30 days of receiving it ~ and often much, MUCH sooner! To submit a request for approval please fill in the form on the bottom of this page.

Notice to Applicant:
The authority of the Board of Directors of the Community Organization Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is derived from Article B, section 1 and Article C, sections 1 through 6 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restriction (CCRs), which states “No dwelling, residence, outbuilding, fence, wall, building, pool or other structure or other improvement shall be erected, altered, placed or maintained on any Lot unless it shall comply” with the conditions set forth in the CCRs and therefore shall have been submitted to in accordance herewith and approved in writing by the Board of Directors of the Community Organization Architectural Control Committee.
Applicant acknowledges that all improvements must be constructed in accordance with the Design Guidelines set forth in Article B, Sections 1 through 7, Article D, section 2. In addition, all improvements must be constructed in accordance with the laws, rules, regulations and building codes of governmental authorities having jurisdiction. Approval of this application does not constitute approval by any governmental authority.
Approval of this application does not give Applicant the right to enter upon the property of any other owner or the common areas in order to perform the construction contemplated by this application.
